What training do you offer your candidates?
Nannies and childcare professionals working with children under the age of five are encouraged to have Paediatric First Aid certification and be trained on health and safety issues. For those seeking a professional career in childcare, NVQ training is ideal. There are also further training requirements depending on the job title.
We recognise that every family is unique and may require a nanny to carry out certain duties in a specific manner. In response, we have developed bespoke training packages to equip our candidates with the necessary skills and make them knowledgeable doers

They often work 5 hours per day and have 2 whole days off during the week. Au pairs are not permitted to take sole charge of children under the age of 3.
